Returns + Exchanges
We have a 10-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. An $8.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for returns using our prepaid label. This fee is waived if you opt for an exchange or store credit refund.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Once a return label is issued, the item must be shipped back within 5 days. Returns that are not shipped within this window will no longer be eligible for refund or exchange.

Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges within 10 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, in its original condition, and still has the original tags attached. For exchanges, you have the option to exchange your purchase for a different size or color of the same style. If you prefer to switch to a different item, we suggest opting for store credit as your refund method and then placing a new order.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
If you have requested a refund for your return, please allow 14 days from the date we receive the product back for your refund to be processed.
